Pricing

At Anno Studio ApS, all prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold-out items.

Payment

Anno Studio ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, Bank Transfer. The payment will be deducted from your account within 2 business days after receipt of the order. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out/discontinued products.

Delivery

Anno Studio ApS aims to ship orders 4-6 weeks after placing the order.
We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices from 35 kr. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering.
We do not deliver abroad and not to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Your goods are sent by Post Nord or GLS.
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If there are any problems, please contact customer service.
Goods are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 4-6 weeks after ordering.
Special delivery terms apply to certain items. The terms will be specifically stated prior to the purchase of these items.

Prepayment

When ordering products with a 4-6 week delivery time, the payment will be withdrawn a maximum of 2 business days after the order is placed.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. Anno Studio ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Reimbursement

In the case of a refund, please include bank details in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided safely by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

Right of withdrawal

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on items purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day;
- Where you receive the order.
- Receives the last item in physical possession when it concerns an agreement on several different items ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several batches.
- Receives the last batch or last part in physical possession when it concerns an agreement on the delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.
- The first item in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of goods over a certain period of time.
You must pay the return costs yourself.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the cancellation. The notification must be given by email at sa@annostudio.dk. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must complete the enclosed Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to accept the goods without giving clear notice.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

The following types of goods are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
- Goods which have been manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have been given a clear personal touch.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Goods which, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
- Goods where the seal has been broken.
- Performed non-financial services if the provision of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ends when the service is fully performed.
- Supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
- Newspapers, journals or magazines, except for subscription contracts for such publications.
- Contracts concluded at public auction.
- Goods which deteriorate or become obsolete rapidly.

Returns

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must pay the direct costs associated with the return. When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The expedition will be faster if you also fill out and attach our Cancellation Form.
You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery until we have received it back.
We do not accept parcels sent COD.

Condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product as if you were trying it in a physical store.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive a full refund, you must test the product without actually using it.

Repayment

If you cancel your purchase, you will of course receive a refund of the amount you have paid to us.
In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When using the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided proof of having returned them by then.
