Comments
When visitors post comments on the site, we collect the data displayed in the comment form and also the visitor's IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) can be delivered to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service's privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture will be visible to the public along with your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Website visitors can download and extract all location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
Inquiries via. contact form are sent directly to sa@annostudio.dk, where the data will be stored until they are no longer needed, but for a maximum of 30 days.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our website, you can choose to save your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so you don't have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this website, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain any personal data and is removed when you close your browser.

If you leave a comment, comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of having them in a moderation queue.
For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide for their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (with the exception that they cannot change their username). Site administrators can also view and edit that information.
What rights do you have over your data
If you have an account on this website or have left comments, you can request an exported file with the personal data we have stored about you, including any data you have provided to us.
