a) Optimizing the user experience on www.annostudio.dk: We collect information about you when you use our website. We use this information to optimize the user experience on our website, on our media platforms and for the services we offer. You can read more about this in our cookie policy below.

b) Marketing: Personal data is used for marketing purposes, including to target our communication with you based on your areas of interest and focus and to send you relevant marketing in the form of e.g. emails/newsletters if you have signed up for this. We do not disclose or sell the individual user's information to advertisers, but use the information to draw a profile of the readers.

Anno Studio collects information about you in three ways:

• Information from online sources, including social media, that is publicly available

• All master data is deleted no later than 3 years after collection

Sign up for emails and newsletters

Personal data is used for marketing purposes, including to target and improve our communication with you based on your areas of interest and focus - including by sending newsletters and/or emails.

• Up to 6 months from the final response to the request.

3 - Transfers to countries outside the EU/EEA

In special cases, we may transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA (USA and Canada). Transfers to these third countries will only be made for specific purposes as mentioned in section 2, and we will always ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place if a transfer to a country outside the EU/EEA takes place.
The transfers will be made pursuant to the Privacy Shield agreement concluded between Europe and the United States. The transfer to Canada will be made pursuant to the Commission's standard contractual clauses as published by the Commission or by other contracts approved by competent authorities. 4 - Your rights

You have the following rights:

• You have the right to request access, rectification or erasure of your personal data.
• You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to have the processing of your personal data restricted.
• In particular, you have an unconditional right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
• If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Your withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to your withdrawal of consent.
• You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (data portability).
• You can always file a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, such as the Danish Data Protection Agency.

There may be conditions or limitations to these rights. Therefore, it is therefore not certain that you have the right to data portability, for example, in the specific case - this depends on the specific circumstances of the processing activities.

To determine who visits our website, we use cookies to keep demographic and user-related statistics. This allows us to customize and create content and services to suit your and other users' interests and wishes.

4 - 1 Third-party cookies - Google Analytics
User-related statistics are collected via the analytics.js cookie. No personal data is recorded. The cookie collects information about your device's location based on the IP address, which pages you visit on www.annostudio.dk and how long you spend on them. We use this knowledge to optimize www.annostudio.dk and give you the best possible experience. We use systems from Google Analytics
